Article is new enough (created 12 September, nominated 13 September), just about long enough (1627 characters), article is not a copyvio and is well-sourced. If possible, some more content would be helpful, as this only just passes the 1500 character requirement for DYK.- Approving ALT1. ALT1 is interesting, neutral, and sourced inline by [1]. I don't like ALT0, as I don't think it's acceptable to focus on his drugs ban on the front page of Wikipedia.
- QPQ exempt, as 1st nomination.
