@Juxlos: Interesting biography, generally well written, and within the neutrality, referencing and copyright policy. No copyvio issue found by earwig. New enough and long enough when nominated. QPQ is in order. I prefer the ALT1 hook because the other one felt too vague and generic. It is interesting and supported by referenced passage in the article. I suggest adding something about his government service too to make it more interesting, but this is optional. HaEr48 (talk) 17:36, 19 May 2019 (UTC)
