Article new enough, (barely) long enough, fully referenced. QPQ done. Image on Commons, so okay. Source does not support the first hook (which is in the article). Det är första gången en rom toppar en partivalsedel says that this is the first time a Roma has topped the party ballot, but not that she was the first to be chosen as a candidate.
