If we can show it, though, we don't need "Bergkirche" (indicating the isolated location), "Bavaria" (because it's rather typical for Bavarian chapels with white and yellow and an onion dome) and "17th-century" (because you could see it). Seems a little short. Can we flesh it out at all with a couple more sentences. Maybe about how it got its listed status? Also, hard for me to check on sources in German but leaning on Google translate. I assume there are no English sources to be found (I couldn't find any). Also, does the source say it got its electricity in 1980 or in the 1980s? I'm not sure what the original German says. Thank you for reviewing! I know it's short but not that short, my DYK check results in 1586 for the version I left. Thank you for adding text, but does this article need an explanation of St. Michael? I could add about bells if wanted. There are several hiking guides mentioning it as a destination, without further details, that seems more unique to this place than who St. Michael was, especially since it's now Lutheran, a faith with much less veneration of saints than the founders of the chapel had. - No reason given for "listed" but almost all historic churches in Germany are listed monuments, with being cultural heritage mainly a protection against easy demolition. - The electricity sentence goes like this: "Ende der 70er/Anfang der 80er Jahre erhielt die Bergkirche eine Stromversorgung", so: "End of the 1970s /beginning of the 1980s, the mountain church got an eletricity supply". - I reviewed now Template:Did you know nominations/Udyavara Madhava Acharya. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:40, 11 December 2020 (UTC)

On the shortness issue, it is probably fine but I thought a sentence or two might be useful to get the length up a bit. Anything else useful we can add? Please add about the bells or add information from the hiking guides. On the St. Micheal, I changed it now so it's not its own sentence, just an explanatory phrase within the sentence. I think that is useful to let a reader know who St. Micheal was in general, but happy to revise if people think differently. Remember (talk) 16:27, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
On the listed matter, I was hoping for just some sort of explanation about what a "listed monument" is. I wasn't looking for much. Just a sentence that said something like "listed monuments are those that have been recognized in Germany as historical important. St. Micheal's, like most churches in Germany, is a listed monument with this cultural heritage status a protection against easy demolition." Or something like that. I took the term from English (Listed building, Grade I listed buildings in Suffolk Coastal). They have well-organized databases, which I miss for German Denkmäler. Every state does it their way. Compare [1] - I found nothing comparable for this one, and don't want to engage in original research.
