The Tragedy of Man (film)[edit]

  • ... that the animated film The Tragedy of Man had been in production for 23 years when it was released in 2011?

Interesting unusual film, on excellent sources, Hungarian sources accepted AGF. I inserted an image of the director and suggest to mention him in an ALT2 hook, perhaps also the time from creation to an ice age, - would interest me more than just elapsed time between start of production and release. I also doubt that you can say "in production" while it looks to me more like work was at times interrupted by circumstances.

I'm fine with either alternative, picture or not. I think "in production" can be used as long as a movie hasn't been cancelled, but I'll post an alternative. A hook based on the plot could be problematic since the plot doesn't have (or need) any inline citations. It's also less unique, since it would be equally true for the original play or the other film adaptation.

Good point about the plot, although - if so inclined - you might add a citation even if not required. Happy with ALT2, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 08:39, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
ps: The prep builder will decide if pictured or not, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 08:41, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
