New article is long enough (2028 characters); the hook checks, is interesting, well under 200 characters, and referenced; article in-line citations checked and texts compared; maintains NPOV; QPQ completed. The one problem is in the article itself, in the "Personal life and early career" section: the statement that George "walked out after being criticized for altering a recipe" is inaccurate. When I read it, I interpreted "walked out" to mean he quit on the spot, a common meaning for the phrase. The New York Times article being cited says otherwise: "took a break to watch sleek Ferraris conquer the racetrack". I recommend rewriting the sentence so it makes a better connection between his catering at the race, taking the break, seeing the cars, and that leading to his starting racing school later that year. - Your revision of the sentence was closer but not quite there, so I gave it a crack myself: I felt it was important to explain how the chef's criticism led to Tim racing, so added him watching the cars race followed by racing school.
