United States lightship LV-117[edit]

Overall a pretty good article, but I'm not convinced by one of the sources, http://www.titanic-whitestarships.com/Olympic_1911.htm , which looks like a personal website (hence not acceptable per Wikipedia:Verifiability. Could you please find an alternative? I've made a few corrections and copyedits but otherwise the content is fine, the sources (other than the one mentioned above) seem good and the article and hook are both interesting. Article was to be held for April 14. In the meantime, there appear to be some phrasings that are too close to the source. Compare for example "parted its mooring chain in a gale, drifting 32 miles (51 km) off station despite attempts to go ahead under power. The ship regained station on June 30 when the weather moderated." with "parted chain in gale, drifting 32 miles off station despite attempts to go ahead under power; regained station Jun 30 when weather moderated". - I've asked the contributor but he hasn't responded and seems to be away. I've taken on the article in the meantime and have significantly expanded it further, and am working to resolve the issues that have been raised above. - This is now ready to be reviewed again. I've fixed the issues identified above and have done a QPQ review of Template:Did you know nominations/Telopea truncata. It's a shame the original contributor hasn't returned but the article's definitely worth a DYK. Made a few further tweaks to the article's wording to resolve a few small CP issues duplication detector turned up; the remainder appears to have no significant CP/CV issues. The expansion looks good for the nomination time, and has been expanded further; image is appropriate and appropriately licensed. AGF on offline sourcing. I believe that this one is good to go.
