  • I in fact did not know that. Article is new enough, long enough, and sourced enough. The hook as written isn't quite what happened, but for an April Fools Day hook, it should be fine, especially as the "Legacy" section suggests. – Muboshgu (talk) 17:50, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
  • Sorry but this case looks pretty not notable, despite the funny name (gives me I Am the Beast flashbacks). Beerest 2 Talk page 21:04, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
  • Taken to AFD by Beerest 2, though looks like a keep. When the AFD is closed, if it is keep, there is no reason (unless Beerest raises a valid issue) to hold this back. Thanks, Matty.007 20:11, 21 March 2014 (UTC)
AfD has been closed as a keep. Daniel Case (talk) 04:07, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
  • I like it. I would suggest "the United States sued 50,000 boxes of clacker balls" as brevity improves the humor. (For a time, I worked in legal publishing and I loved case names such as this. My favorites were "U.S. v One Golden Ring" and "U.S. v Package of Condoms".) Jonathunder (talk) 09:03, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
  • Restoring check mark following AFD closure. Wording of the hook is up to The Powers That Be, given the nature of the case makes for an interesting April Fools Day hook. – Muboshgu (talk) 14:01, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
