Volubilis[edit]

Interior of the Basilica, Volubilis

  • ... that the ancient Roman city of Volubilis (Basilica pictured) in Morocco was excavated by thousands of German prisoners of war during World War I?

Expanded 5x by Prioryman (talk) at 01:14, 30 October 2012 (UTC)

  • "during World War I" added to give this a little chronological context. Nyttend (talk) 02:08, 30 October 2012 (UTC)
  • New enough, long enough, well written and properly cited, most sources offline so AGF on plagiarism. Hook OK for length, interest, properly cited to offline source from reputable publisher. QPQ OK. Image free, present in article, OK for size. Might it be worth wikilinking basilica in the hook? cheers, Struway2 (talk) 09:02, 31 October 2012 (UTC)
