Article is long enough (DYKcheck evaluates Prose size (text only) = 2100 characters (374 words) "readable prose size"), new enough (created on December 6, 2015) and meets core policies. The hooks should start with lower case "that"; otherwise the hooks are good and are supported by the references. Note that there is one reference within the article that failed verification, but it is not related to either hook, and should not be a show-stopper for DYK (but it would still be best to fix it!).
