Template:Draft notice/doc

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Usage[edit]

This template is meant to be subst:ed on the talk pages of users or articles whose attention you would like to draw to a draft for a particular topic. The first parameter is for the article (i.e. named project) or topic (i.e. unnamed project) that the draft concerns. The second parameter is for the draft itself, and can either include the "Draft:" namespace identifier or exclude it. This template will automatically add your signature.

Syntax[edit]

{{subst:Draft notice|TOPIC|DRAFT}}

Do not include your signature, "~~~~", because that's already included in the code of the template.

Examples[edit]

{{subst:Draft notice|''Deadpool 3''|Draft:Deadpool 3}}
This is a notice that there is a draft for Deadpool 3 at Draft:Deadpool 3 until such a time that it is ready for inclusion in the mainspace. All are welcome to come help nurture the article's development there. (signature)
{{subst:Draft notice|the ''X-Force'' film|X-Force (film)}}
This is a notice that there is a draft for the X-Force film at Draft:X-Force (film) until such a time that it is ready for inclusion in the mainspace. All are welcome to come help nurture the article's development there. (signature)
