This is not a well thought out template. Halifax former city is not HRM. To talk about halifax city annexations and link to amalgamation is not correct. To have HRM on this stub and not include the creation of Bedford, the Dartmouth annexations in 1968, or the border changes of the county going back to 1749 is all misleading.
