Errors in diagram[edit]

Are we sure that this diagram is correct?

The Caledonian line didn't cross the G&SWR main line did it? It just ran in on the east side of the line (and didn't make a direct connection into the Castle Douglas line).

Maxwelltown oil terminal was just beyond (west of) Maxwelltown station.

There is no mention of Cargenbridge ICI works and its connection. Afterbrunel (talk) 18:00, 16 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know about the oil terminal but according to the Jowett I have in front of me the lines did exactly as the diagram shows. (Jowett's Railway Atlas, inset page 29). Britmax (talk) 18:33, 16 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
