Why limited to road articles?[edit]

Is there a reason to limit this template to road articles? I know it's hard-coded to reject certain years and to fill in some chapter details but couldn't it operate just as well (and more functionally) if it was all Utah state laws? -- Ricky81682 (talk) 01:15, 18 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
