@August-54: If you don't use {{edit template-protected}} the chance of anyone seeing this request is minimal. Anyway, I see in this source that the arms was substituted only in 1978. Can you shed knowledge/sources on this? --Muhandes (talk) 15:50, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
