Template-protected edit request on 22 February 2021[edit]

I'm not sure if doing an edit request is correct. I'm proposing a Page Notice request for Balloon boy hoax as there's a lot of conflict seen on its talk page regarding the name of the article. I have placed a template in the talk page header but it seems to not be seen by editors. (I will admit there is clutter and it does blend in.) I believe it would be best to have a page notice with the following:

@The Grid, I'm pretty sure people can just check the talk page? ✨ Ed talk! ✨ 02:31, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Wouldn't a Page Notice minimize the page edit requests on the talk page? – The Grid (talk) 06:19, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The Grid no. Putting an editnotice on the talk page would. Putting an editnotice on the page is only seen by people who can edit the article. Elliot321 (talk | contribs) 19:04, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Elliot321 D'oh! Yeah, it would make sense for the notice to be on the Talk page. So I would have to make the request at Template:Editnotices/Page/Talk:Balloon boy hoax for the notice? – The Grid (talk) 19:14, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The Grid I've added a somewhat-generic editnotice there, does that work for you? Elliot321 (talk | contribs) 19:15, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Elliot321 That works, thank you! – The Grid (talk) 19:17, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
