Candidate column?[edit]

Surely there should be a column for the number of candidates fielded? Thought I'd ask before implementing as the template seems widely used but it seems like having a football league table without the number of games played. MGSpiller (talk) 06:48, 21 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, found it... Template:Election Summary Begin with Candidates MGSpiller (talk) 22:01, 23 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Replace current page with User:RandomCanadian/sandbox6 (simple colour fix so the two headers match) RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 15:23, 19 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request 25 May 2023[edit]

Description of suggested change: This changes the width of the plus-minus (vote percentage difference) column from a defined 40px to 4em, which allows for arrow graphics templates (i.e. {{decrease}} and {{increase}}) to work properly, if editors prefer them over + and - symbol characters.

See User:UndueMarmot/sandbox/Election summary begin and User:UndueMarmot/testcases/Election summary begin.

Diff:

! style="width:40px"|+/−
+
! style="width:4em"|+/−

(You can clearly tell table formatting syntax doesn't work well inside {{TextDiff}}, so, here:

! style="width:4em"|+/
