Doesn't link to the right place[edit]

This template doesn't actually work, at least not in the way I expected. I tried it from secure.wikimedia.org and it still linked to en.wikipedia.org, unlike Template:Pagelog, which gets it right. (Compare the addresses of the links history and page log from here.) I can't fix it because of the protection, but it seems that the needed fix is to remove the w: just after fullurl:. Would that work? • Anakin (contribscomplaints) 14:01, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yup, this important template is still broken after more than a month - and in more than one way: It doesn't work on any multi-word page as it uses wrong encoding for spaces, plus signs instead of underscores: Example works but not Example text - you'd have to type {{history|Example_text}}: Example_text. So let's see how soon somebody comes to fix this now... --Malyctenar (talk) 13:44, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Should be fixed now. --- RockMFR 18:33, 10 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

{{Editprotected}} The template documentation should be at Template:History/doc. -- IRP 21:45, 12 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
