Globalize[edit]

Is it possible to globalize this template to allow for use in Canada, right now links is hard coded to /USA. Can we add a country field, but if none is specified to default to USA so that existing uses aren't messed up? Also, if we do globalize it, the {{USRD}} tag should be changed to {{HWY}} and the template renamed remove the state out of it, and just leave it Infobox highway system. --Admrboltz (talk) 01:27, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Since I rewrote it, I can work on this. although we could make a duplicate called {{infobox provincial highway system}} and drop out the I/US stuff and code it a little differently to provide more custom labels. Imzadi 1979  02:12, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
That works. I used what I can using the current infobox on List of New Brunswick provincial highways. I would update the documentation to mention the new infobox for non-US highways, and then tag the new on with HWY, and make sure that its linked to from CRWP and HWY. --Admrboltz (talk) 02:39, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Links for multiple systems[edit]

Is there a way to get the infobox to handle links for multiple systems? For instance, List of turnpikes in Virginia and West Virginia should have system links for both VA and WV. Dough4872 01:34, 29 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
