Heading level adjustment[edit]

Can I change the initial heading level to two, instead of three? (And the others accordingly of course.) — CpiralCpiral 09:22, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Replace with navbox[edit]

I propose that this page no longer be transcluded as a common doc, and that in its place 1) each template page documents itself 2) the navbox template:search templates is placed instead.

  1. Although the title for this page is "Internal search templates...", the navbox will include all search templates, and I predict these will grow in number now that we've gotten seven new parameters (insource, linksto, hastemplate, morelike, boost-templates, prefer-recent, and regex).
  2. It will be easier to edit the "See also" section.
  3. Section levels will be more flexible.

The downside is that this documents exposure will be relegated to those who go to {{search templates}}, but I don't think the proximal comparisons on this page are that critical (as they are for other template families). — CpiralCpiral 22:07, 31 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
