Edokter, it makes no sense to insist that all the images in all the boxes be the same size, because not all the boxes are the same size. The image has to fit the box. We have {{Labutnum III}} that does show the bigger image. But this is a userbox. Enlarging the image also widens it, resulting in the text having less space, which in turn forces the box to expand in height. The image can be enlarged to fill the current space, without making the space larger. The image size needs to be different here because the userbox is larger.
There is no rule that says all images in all user boxes must be 46 px. It's that kind of thing that is driving editors crazy and making people leave, so let's use common sense, and just edit this for aesthetic reasons so that it doesn't look too small for the space.
