purpose[edit]

This template has been created on August 23, 2015, to address one of the issues about Set Index Articles (SIAs) that have been under discussion at wt:SIA. Specifically: inbound links to SIAs may need disambiguating to point to a specific article listed in the SIA instead, or to point an article whose name has yet to be added to the SIA. Marking with the {{dn}} "Disambiguation needed" template however would put them in the big category of all disambiguation pages, and they would appear to be disambiguation pages with violations of MOS rules. In the first iteration here, the template is set up to allow tagging that avoids that puts the article into corresponding set index categories. --doncram 18:49, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
