The plant genus Collinsia is showing an Animal classification. It appears the problem is that the genus name Collinsia is used for both plants and animals, as the two codes are independent. This may be a problem for other genera like this. It needs to be corrected, and better yet a flag for any genus that is used for both groups. (Morus is another one that comes to mind, but there are several.)
