Allo.
This one's pretty easy to use.
Just use the template: (amount) (currency code)
eg. 100 CAN would convert 100 canadian dollars into: 80.
Pretty easy, eh? Well, I'm assuming I made a couple of mistakes, so obviously, feel free to modify as you see fit.
Just please remember something: This was intended to do currency conversions for tables. As such, the decimals were intentionally removed from calculated values. If you do choose to put them back in, then make sure it's only as an optional parameter. (That is, the default should still be to use no decimals)

Incidentally, if you want to update the current list of currency conversions, just go here. Bladestorm 22:34, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Spaces[edit]

Should this be producing spaces? I tried to type ($39 million), but it comes out like this ( 20 GBP million) when i type this: ( 20 GBP million) —cmsJustin (talk|contribs) 20:46, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And what is with this box?!? —cmsJustin (talk|contribs) 20:46, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I think I found the space but I cant figure out why this box comes up. —cmsJustin (talk|contribs) 20:51, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted rogue space; added commas[edit]

I've deleted the rogue space (it make usage like "( 1000 JPY)" format like "($10 )".). I also added thousands seperators to make larger numbers easier to read. — Alan De Smet | Talk 02:22, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rounding?[edit]

Is there a way to control rounding? Seems to me that it often comes up with more significant figures than are desired. Gah4 (talk) 22:34, 8 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
