B4L Party (Korean: 비포엘파티; RR: bipo-elpati), also known as B4L or B4L-P, is a South Korean-Chinese boy band managed by SM Entertainment. The group is composed of Junyeong, Jinhwan, Kyungmo, Jason, Sungki, Jiwon, Kinam, Bao, Dong Liu, Kangdae, Kwangsu and Seongi. Bao, Dong Liu, Kinam and Kangdae were originally part of the group before their departure in 2014, 2015 and 2017, respectively. The group had a Chinese sub-group, B4L Party-M, but was abandoned after the 2014 departures. The band is currently on an indefinite hiatus due to solo activities and it's unknown when they're coming back.

Members

In December 2013, SM announced that Chinese members Bao and Dong Liu are going to depart from the group after filing a lawsuit against their agency, for "unfair pay distribution, no rest whatsoever, few promotional activites". They argued that if they were exhausted, they weren't allowed to rest for a day. They won the lawsuit and officially departed on December 21, 2014.

Kinam's departure followed on July 6, 2015, after a four-month long hiatus, the hiatus was the reason why he was absent during most of their third album. On his personal Twitter, he told the reason for his departure was because he wanted to focus on his solo career. In February 2017, Kangdae was involved in a car accident, SM announced that he would depart from the group as soon as he recovers. He officially left on June 17, 2017.

Over the years, the group had song-exclusive members such as Byeonghoon who appeard in one song that he choreographed. This was a unique feature of the group.

Subgroups

Since their debut, two subgroups have been formed:

B4L Party-M

B4L Party-M was a Chinese subgroup that was composed of Jason, Kwangsu, Dong Liu, Bao and Seongi. Bao served as the subgroups leader. The subgroup was disbanded, after Bao and Dong Liu, the only Chinese members, left the entire group in 2014. The group decided to peform in Chinese together.

B4L Party – J&S

This subgroup is composed of Junyeong, the leader of the main group, and Sungki. The subgroup was formed in 2013 by SM on request by Junyeong and Sungki.
