EngWP [Hello, Guten Tag and Dobrý Den :)

I joined my universiy's project "Translating Wikipedia", where we translate articles from German Wikipedia entries into English which haven't been translated so far or only partly. This was the case with an article on "Schwäbisch-Alemannische Fastnacht".

Up until now, I translated two bits of the German Version of "Schwäbisch-Alemannische Fastnacht", both had around 200 words.

The first part I translated was about the history of Fastnacht, the second one was the Introducion at the beginning of the text.

I currently translate the part aboout Narren (Jesters), which is about 330 words long.

The next project I'm joining is translating the German text from "Augustiner-Museum Freiburg" into English- my part to translate will be about 170 words long.

Further, my group will be working on translating the article "Hamburger Fischmarkt" into English, which I think will to be very interesting, since there isn't an article in English for that growing tourist attraction yet. My part to translate will be 102 words long so far plus other small parts from the general introduction which will be another 100 words so all in all I'll translate 202 words here.

The next translation (the "Pacific Crest Trail") will be conducted translating English to German, hence the other way round this time- so far, I'll translate 101 words for that. On top of that I translated a part of the "Freiburger Universitätsbibliothek" about its history from German into English (241 words). Completing the translation of "The Pacific Quest Trail", I translated another 228 words.
