Edmund Baker (26 June 1862 - 5 August 1926) was a Scottish painter.[1]

Life[edit]

His father was Leonard Baker (19 October 1831 - 20 September 1911), an art teacher, originally from Middlesex.

His mother was Ann Robertson (25 February 1836 - 22 March 1873) from Stirling. Leonard and Ann married on 3 July 1861 in Stirling.

Edmund Baker was born on 25 June 1862 at 1 Park Place, St. Ninians, Stirling.[2][3]

He married Elizabeth Patterson Norval (24 November 1871 - c. 1942) c. 1895. They had 2 sons and a daughter.[4][5][6][7]
