Mungo Burton (28 April 1799 - 1 December 1882) was a Scottish painter.[1]

His father was Mungo Burton [Snr.] (born 1765).
His mother was Mary. Mungo and Mary married on 3 December 1791 in Colinton, Edinburgh.
Mungo Burton was born on 28 April 1799 in Colinton, Edinburgh.
He married Isabella Tod (31 May 1821 - 12 September 1900) on 17 June 1856 in Edinburgh.
