Frances Dora Congreve (20 June 1865 - 29 January 1949) was a Scottish painter.[1]

Her father was John Congreve (1824 - 16 November 1873) of Stony Stratford, England.
Her mother was Katharine Ann Macintosh (c. 1837 - 1922) from India.
Frances Dora Congreve was born on 20 June 1865 in Inverness.
