Agnes Cowieson (11 November 1855 - 10 May 1940) was a Scottish painter.[1]
Life[edit]
Her father was David Cowieson (26 July 1813 - 1860) from Langton in Berwickshire.
Her mother was Agnes Rosely Nicholson (c. 1814 - 1896). David and Agnes married on 5 October 1849, after banns were issued on 9 September 1849.
Agnes Margaret Cowieson was born on 11 November 1855 in Newington, Edinburgh.

She died in 14 Esplanade Terrace, Joppa, Edinburgh on 10 May 1940.[2]
