William Denune (17 March 1715 - 1750) was a Scottish painter.[1]
Life[edit]
His father was Angus Denune.
William Denune was born on 17 March 1715. He was baptised on 28 October 1716 in the village of Petty, near Inverness.
Art[edit]
He joined the Academy of St. Luke in Edinburgh in 1729.
Death[edit]
He died in 1750 in Dumfries.
