Jessie Isobel Dunlop (17 May 1902 - 1970) was a Scottish painter and illustrator.

Life[edit]

Her father was Edward Dunlop (13 March 1868 - 4 December 1937), a marine draughtsman from Paisley. He worked for Fleming and Ferguson, shipbuilders on the Clyde, and worked up to become their general manager.

Her mother was Jessie Hendry (c. 1879 - 6 January 1923). Edward and Jessie married on 7 June 1901 in Paisley.

Jessie Isabella Dunlop was born at 35 Glen Street, Paisley on 17 May 1902.[1]

Jessie married David Macarthur Wilson (1897 - 1981) on 10 July 1931 at 14 Riccartsbar Avenue, Paisley.

She died in Kingsbridge in Devon, England, in early 1970.[2]
