Edward Arthur Gage (28 March 1925 - 24 February 2000) was a Scottish artist.[1]
Life[edit]
His father was Thomas Arthur Gage (c. 1870 - 10 September 1936), known as Arthur, from Saxmundham in Suffolk, a clubmaster at Muirfield, Gullane.
His mother was Susan Leslie Murray (1895 - 9 May 1960).[2] Thomas Arthur and Susan married in Edinburgh in 1923.
Edward Arthur Gage, known as Teddy, was born on 28 March 1925 in Gullane, East Lothian.
He married Valerie Alexander Cockburn (born 1927) in Edinburgh in 1950.
