The S.S. Nenana is a large sternwheeler that carried passengers and freight on Interior Alaska rivers from 1933 to 1954. The Nenana is permanently drydocked at Pioneer Park in Fairbanks and now contains a museum detailing the history of steamboats on Alaska's Yukon River and its tributaries. At 237 feet long and 42 feet wide the Nenana is currently the second largest wooden vessel in existence.
