Anne Nguper Ekwueme is a Fashion Stylist and a Social Entrepreneur. She was born January 19 1978, in Kaduna state, Nigeria.
She is the CEO of ZibahByAnnEkwueme and serves as the Creative Director. A women’s clothing brand based in Abuja, Nigeria.
She is also the founder of Purity Rocks, a forum that educates teenagers on their identity in Jesus Christ and teaches them to embrace purity as a lifestyle.
Zibah By AnnEkwueme[edit]
Anne Ekwueme started Zibah By AnnEkwueme in 2015. It is a classic luxury clothing brand that aims to bring out the royalty in every woman.
Zibah By AnnEkwueme has released various collections over the years such as the Soiree collection, Kathryn Kuhlman collection, Sophia collection.
The latest collection is the Sophia & Biynah Collection which was released in December 2023.
Initiatives[edit]
Anne is passionate about helping to raise a generation of youths that are congruent with their identity and are value givers. She has founded several initiatives which include Zibah Leadership Foundation and Purity Rocks.
Anne Ekwueme and her team also periodically reach out to satellite towns located in Abuja, with the gospel of Jesus Christ and entrepreneurial empowerment.
Zibah Leadership Foundation[edit]
Anne Ekwueme founded Zibah Women's Leadership Initiative in July 2020.
Zibah Leadership Initiative is a Kingdom values-based leadership training to drive societal change through impact, empowering women to live balanced lives, create niche markets and become purpose driven entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs.
The leadership initiative has reached over 2000 women, teaching them about their identity, leadership and creating niche markets wherever they are by the value they bring. The name has been changed to Zibah Leadership Foundation.
Purity Rocks[edit]
She started the initiative Purity Rocks[1] in 2014 for teenagers. The aim of Purity Rocks is to mentor teens concerning sexual purity and healthy God-centered sexual values.
Education[edit]
Anne Ekwueme holds an MBA and a Values and Public Policy certificate from University of Oxford, England.
She is an alumnus of the London College of Style and is certified in Entrepreneurial Development from Lagos Business School.
She holds various certifications from the London College of Fashion and is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, Nigeria with specialization in Societal Leadership.
Personal Life[edit]
Anne Ekwueme was born and raised in Kaduna, Nigeria. She studied history for her first degree at Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria Kaduna state, Nigeria. She is married to Uchenna Ekwueme and together they have 4 children.
