Better Business Bureau (BBB)

Attacking the criticisms section of the Better Business Bureau's article is not particularly helpful. It would be difficult to make any other section read better after its ransacking by NYCBBB, and subsequent editing by a summoned MilborneOne; however, perhaps your efforts would be worthwhile there?

The Better Business Bureau has failed to satisfy many who turned to it. There are numerous instances of valid complaints (also review discussion section), and a record(s) of them should not be erased on a personal whim.
