Shiver

Wholeheartedly devoted to the early punk music that changed their lives and inspired to do the same for a new generation of fans, Shiver formed in 1997 out of a love and excitement for the grassroots punk scene they’d been a part of since the late 1980s.

For these four friends, the thrill of seeing groundbreaking bands like Circle Jerks, Dag Nasty, Naked Raygun and Government Issue never died, and what these shows stood for defines all four band members to this day.

Shiver has played with national touring bands such as Bad Religion, No Use for a Name, Deviates, NOFX and The Methadones. They’ve embarked on tours of their own and they’re veterans to the Vans Warped Tour stage in their hometown of Pittsburgh.

The combination of Southern California-style hardcore, blazing metal riffs and the catchy speed of skate punk have become their signature sound and the vehicle for the band's socially and politically conscious lyrics.
