    • Liverpool defeat AC Milan 3-2 in a penalty kick shootout. AC Milan are 3-0 ahead after the first half, but Liverpool score 3 goals in the 54th, 56th and 60th minutes to tie the game in possibly the most dramatic Champions League Final ever. It's Liverpool's 5th European Cup title.
