Kazak wrestling — is the Kazakh national wrestling.  Kazakh wrestling is one of the oldest Kazakh sports.  In modern Kazakhstan this martial art is in great demand, and Kazakh wrestling competitions are held at holidays and celebrations.  Since 1938 it is included in the republican competition program.  In 2016 UNESCO has incorporated the Kazakh struggle into the representative list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, emphasizing the impact of strengthening tolerance, tolerance, and solidarity with communities.

The national style of fight is the history of the "Kazakh Wrestling" with its history deeply rooted in the roots of the Kazakh people. In 2004 , the World Congress of Kazakhs in Berlin hosted a conference where the International Federation of «Kazakh Wrestling» Wrestling was organized.  President of the Federation - Tukiyev Serik Adamovich.

In 2005 in Russia (Altai) the first Asian Championship on «Kazakh wrestling» was held.  In November 2005, Astana hosted the largest international tournament on «Kazakh Wrestling» wrestling.  More than 100 athletes from 25 countries took part in it.  Among them are Germany, Turkey, Holland, France and others.  In July of the current year in Mongolia the II Asian Championship on Kazakhsha wrestling was held. [1]  In August 2011, the Kazakh Championship in Kazakh wrestling was held.

It's a game that tears the human body and strengthens the muscles, patience, courage, agility, and ability to think quickly and to find the right way. It is also a national art of defense ("Sambo"). In Kazakh wrestling, a person is free to hold himself, he can use all his power and methods. Wrestlers fights : on the carpet;  on a flat plain; and on snowy plains.  Under the rules of the game, it is not permissible to act harassing  the person. The fighting ends with a one-sided collapse of one side and the body.


Under new rules, wrestlers are divided into 8 groups by weight and 3 groups by age.  The adult stages are 10 minutes, for adolescents - 5 minutes. The main prerequisite of this struggle is to exert force, overcome the method and win.  Kazakhsha Ku» is officially recognized art with sports teams included in the regional, republican Spartakiad programs [1]

Description

Earlier in Kazakh wrestling, young people did not take weight restrictions.  At present, there are certain rules in this sport regarding uniform uniforms and fighting techniques.  «Kazakh wrestling» wrestler's dress is somewhat similar to sambo cloth.  In contrast to Sambo, the Kazakh wrestler has a short sleeve, with small strap on its shoulders.  The jacket is made of very durable material.

Any belt above waist and waist is allowed.  The goal of shooting is to lower the opponent in the back.

Main rules[edit]

The decision on kazaksha kures is the upper part of the body is up for grabs. Fight is carried out on a block. The transition to the leg is prohibited. You can grab from the jacket and belt.  Methods of fight on belts are approved. you can catch hands, hang the leg through the hip techniques. You can't touch the carpet on your lap to warn.
