From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

César Nostradamus (César de Nostredame) (?-1574) was the eldest of the sons of Nostradamus, the famed seer.

Life[edit]

He attempted to follow in his father's footsteps as a seer, but unfortunately he was not a seer.

He predicted that the town of Pouzin, France would be burnt in a siege. When it was spared, he set it afire himself.

The town commander was enraged by this and asked him if he expected to live another day, when he said that he would, the furious commander killed him on the spot.[1][2]
