The album is available as a cartridge or ROM. The deluxe edition cartridge is purple, standard is grey, with black for Japan-region (PAL) consoles. The game is formatted like the Windows 95 OS, with a similar user interface, including the taskbar and Start Menu button. Several classic program icons are there, including an Internet browser and an email inbox simulator. There are seven visualizers, including After Dark's flying toasters. Clippy also makes an appearance.

There are five playable Minigames, including 3D Maze (after the maze screensaver), and FlappyMike (after Flappy Bird).

When shutting down, there is the option to boot into "ME-DOS" mode, a mock MS-DOS interface, allowing access to four bonus tracks (.VGM) and Ambulance.BIN, one of the five games.

The game was created with the use of SGDK (Scrolling Game Development Kit).
