Three-Penis wine (Chinese: 三鞭酒; pinyin: Sānbiānjiǔ; lit. 'Three penis wine', Szan Pien or Tezhi Sanbian Jiu[1]) is a traditional Chinese wine in which the sex organs of three male animals have been dried to a powder and fermented in alcohol, usually rice wine.
In some, the organs are those of the seal, deer and dog.[2] Another combines those of the tiger, deer, and sea-lion.[3]
The wine is used in traditional Chinese medicine as an aphrodisiac and is commonly found on supermarket shelves in China.[1] Six-Penis wine and Nine-Penis wine can also be found.[4][5]
