The bank currently has 73 branches across Sri Lanka.[1] It is a licensed commercial bank and is listed under the Colombo Stock Exchange (wiki link - apply to others).[2] Fitch Ratings Lanka has rated Pan Asia Banking from a stable outlook to a positive one in 2012. [3] Their services and products focus on retail banking, SME (Small and Medium-scale Enterprises) and Corporate banking.[4] They also have launched workshops for these enterprises to educate them on banking facilities and cash flow. [5]
Products and Services[edit]
Pan Asia Bank launched their World Master card product on December 18th 2012, which is the highest level available from MasterCard. This made the bank the first and only bank to feature this product at the time.[6] On February 12th 2013, Pan Asia Bank launched their first 24 hour- 365 days banking program, beginning it first at the Kollupitiya branch. [7] The bank has joined forces with Fortunaglobal Private Limited, who provides the latest technology to a variety of business fields, to refurbish their website to be more user-friendly. [8]
