Richard McWilliam Jr. (17__ – May 9, 1786) was a justice of the Delaware Supreme Court from October 1773 to May 1777.

On May 10, 1777, a nessage was convyed to the New Castle County House of Representatives stating that that Richard McWilliam, Caesar Rodney, and James Sykes declined election to the next term of the Supreme Court.[1]

Appointed October 30, 1773.[2] [listed as McWilliams]
