Anyone can make changes to a Wikipedia article. Here is a concise page on how to edit. If you don't want to do it yourself, or to avoid another editor removing your edits as soon as you have made them, it's useful to start by clicking on the Talk tab at the top of the article. Then click on the New Section tab to raise your topic. You can title this with the name of your topic, and ask for help including it within that article using your description above. Someone might just go ahead and make the change, or they might have a chat with you about why and where it belongs in Wikipedia. If your topic does have its own article but the title is misleading, or you think people might search for it under another title, you can ask about that on the Talk page too.
