Kathy Baughman McLeod (born August 15, 1969) is an American climate change specialist, currently serving as director of the Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center at the Atlantic Council.

Career[edit]

Kathy has been senior vice president and director of the Adrienne Arsht-Rockefeller Foundation Resilience Center at the Atlantic Council since February 2019. She founded and runs the extreme heat resilience alliance, a global alliance working to address the challenges posed by extreme heat to vulnerable people.
