Why I selected this article: The name of the second article I selected is "Food Processing". Honestly, I selected this article because I definitely want to learn more about this topic to learn the consequences for the body processed foods cause. Results from my preliminary search: I conducted my preliminary research on google, I found concerning results that should be in the Wikipedia page after reading an article from MedicalNewsToday. I found that these processed foods my mother warned me about are full of fat and lack of the necessary fiber and nutrients the human body needs. The majority of users have filled a lot of complaints to this article because it is not neutral enough. The article needs some changes, it is important to elaborate an article full of knowledge that could educate the internet about the reality of processed foods.

I will be working on the Wikipedia article called Food Processing. I think it is the ideal article to select because a lot of users have reported it as being unbalanced in certain viewpoints. My objective is to acquire as much valuable information as I can to provide an article to the readers that are rich in information and unbias.

The article needs a lot of new information, there are a lot of peer-reviewed articles that talk about the health problems caused by processed food. So I think this Wiki article should include a section that dedicates to describe the impact these processed foods have on the human body.

For example, it shows that there is a correlation between processed foods and the likelihood of having breast cancer. This article could definitely create some degree of awareness among the interested users that are interested in processed foods.[2]
