Mongo (the Giant Gingerbread Man) is a literal beast. Appearing in the cinematic masterpiece Shrek 2,Mongo plays an essential role in helping Shrek in the end when he needs it the most. His most memorable moment being when he uses his spicy arms to keep the bridge open long enough for Shrek to successfully enter the castle.
