I am a chemical process research and development engineer. My areas of expertise include process simulation, thermodynamics and cycles, energy efficiency, multivariable optimization, invention and innovation, creativity tools (TRIZ, ASIT, SCAMPER), intellectual property, data analysis and reconciliation, and Monte Carlo technique. Have a pretty good working knowledge of physical sciences.

My interests include art, science, nature, geography, history, psychology, and politics.

Traveled to over 50 countries on 5 continents. Worked for 4 major companies and on contracts with NASA (space shuttle) and the U.S. DOE. I hold 11 U.S. patents, mostly as a co-inventor.

I formally took 6 languages and edit Wikipedia in 3 of them. I am a big fan of "the wisdom of the crowds."
