User:Cardiffman/Why Are We Still Talking About Wikipedia

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Apparently if many people think something is important, one of the things they want to do is find an article about that important thing. Apparently if many other people think a thing is unimportant, and see an article about that thing on Wikipedia, they will use objective but artificial indices of importance to delete the article and make the people who think the thing deserved an article feel like schmucks.

Given that the above can be shown to be true, why would any non-contributor feel good about coming here?
